The data problem
Operational and business data lived across separate systems. Internal teams and client companies needed consistent reporting, current data, and a reliable foundation for decisions.
What I built
I built the company-wide warehouse and analytics platform from scratch, starting with Redshift and Matillion and extending the data platform across Snowflake, Spark, and S3/Athena.
The work combined data integration, dimensional modeling, pipeline reliability, and standardized business metrics. Sources included mobility operations, vehicle telemetry, and business systems.
I built 40+ QuickSight dashboards used by 5 internal teams and 60+ external client companies. The broader data platform also supported productized analytics.
Reliability and reach
The platform achieved 99.9% daily pipeline reliability with a 30-minute freshness SLA, and query latency decreased 35%.
Alongside the data work, I led infrastructure modernization and resolved 80+ security vulnerabilities, helping SHARE achieve SOC 2 certification and support enterprise requirements.
