The encounter problem

Patient intake, visit preparation, and clinical coding create disconnected steps across a provider encounter. I built an assistant that connects patient-reported symptoms to the information and suggestions a provider needs during the visit.

What I built

Patients identify symptoms on a 3D body avatar on a tablet. The assistant turns that input into a structured illness summary and predicts diagnosis codes, CPT procedure codes, medications, and lab-order tests.

3D symptom capture→Illness summary→Diagnosis codes→CPT codes→Medication & lab suggestions

I built the connected workflow across patient intake, clinical summarization, and prediction models, supporting the patient–provider encounter within the EHR.

Why it matters

This was end-to-end clinical workflow engineering: translating patient input into structured context and decision-support suggestions across the visit. It sits alongside my separate document intelligence, clinical coding, and claim-denial work at CareCloud.
